Michael Schmidt, INEAST Consulting (in short: INEAST) undertakes all measures and efforts to protect your personal data. For this reason, we have established this Privacy Statement which sets rules on how we treat your personal information. By using our services and the specification of personal information on our website, you accept the terms of this Privacy Statement and expressly agree to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Statement.


1. Collected data

When you register on the INEAST Platform we collect some "personal information" to be able to identify you. These data may include your name, address, telephone number, email address, your account information, your tax number, birthday, gender, and other non-public, personally identifiable information (such as preferences, availability, feedback, biography, references and other relevant information and uploaded documents) which are connected to the above data, or attached to it and which we consider necessary to provide our services. All collected personally identifiable information is used only to the extent and published as determined in our Partner Conditions and/or in this Privacy Statement. 

By using our Website and the INEAST Platform we collect "anonymous data". These are data that are not associated with your information that can be identified with your person or linked to it; anonymous data does not allow to recognise individuals as such. These data include for example your IP address, the previous URL, your browser, your operating system, cookie information or additional data from third parties.


2. Usage of your personal information

In general, we use the personal information you provide to either respond to your requests and preferences or to assist us to provide a better service to you. We use your personal information for the following purposes:

  • easy creation and securing of your account; 
  • recognition as user of our system; 
  • improvement of our website and services; 
  • for internal research and development; 
  • custom design to suit your preferences;
  • making sure blocked users cannot register again; 
  • delivering requested services; 
  • making selected short profiles and photos of your public on our website with your prior consent and for marketing purposes only;

3. Users under 18 years of age

Our services are not available to people under 18 years. Therefore, we do not intend to collect personal information from visitors who are under 18 years old.

We disclose your personal information as described below or elsewhere in this Privacy Statement.

Profile data

The profile you created on our website will not be accessible to the public. Under certain circumstances you can ask your profile to be removed and deleted by calling us or contacting support@delete-me.ineast.eu . The information obtained by INEAST during the registration process may be used to contact other consultants and experts in order to customise content according to your wishes and to develop joint proposals for our Clients. 

External providers

We may provide your personal information to external service providers with the following purpose: to provide you with services offered on our website, perform quality assurance testing, facilitate account creation and provide technical support services and other services for INEAST. These external service providers may not use your personal information for purposes other than requested and commissioned by INEAST.

Affiliated companies and corporate acquisitions

We can make all of your personal information or any part thereof public to our parent company, our subsidiaries, joint ventures or other companies under common control ("Group companies"); in this case, we demand our group companies to comply with this Privacy Statement. Should any changes regarding the ownership or use of your personal information and/or alternatives in respect to your personal information occur, we will notify you via email or by a special notice on our website.

Regardless of the decisions you make concerning your personal information (as described below), INEAST can disclose personal information having a good faith belief that such disclosure is necessary: (1) in connection with government investigations; (2) to obey applicable laws or to respond to subpoenas or confiscation orders against INEAST; (3) to protect the rights or property of INEAST or the users of the services; or (4) to determine actual or potential violations of the law, this Privacy Statement or Partner Conditions and to participate in legal investigations, so that such can be prevented.


5. Third party websites

Third party websites general information

In case your click on a link to another website or location you are leaving our website and access another website; in this situation your personal or anonymous information can be collected from any other source. We do not manage, monitor or check such external websites and their contents and cannot be made liable for them or their content. Please note that the terms of this Privacy Statement do not apply to these external websites and their content or for the collection of data that may occur after you have clicked on links to such external websites. 

Social Networks

If you (a) connect to us with your login information of an online community (such as Facebook, LinkedIn or XING) ("Social Network") or (b) link your account to your account with a social network, we can gather information about you from the web page of the social network in accordance with the Terms of Use and Privacy Statement ("SNS conditions") of such social network. We can add this information to the information we have already collected through our services. 

Additional social media features

Our website may contain applications of social networks ("Features") such as the Facebook Like button and other widgets or interactive mini-programs, by means of which our website is hosted. These features may collect your IP address, which pages you visit on our website and, if needed, can install a cookie to enable proper functioning of the features. These features are hosted either by third parties or directly on our website. Your interactions with these features are subject to the general terms of use and privacy Statement of the company that makes these features available.

Use of Google Analytics

We are currently using Google Analytics. Google Analytics collects anonymous information and reports website trends without specifying the individual visitors. Google Analytics uses its own cookie to track visitor interactions. The website owners can view a variety of reports, which show how visitors interact with their website, and can improve their website and increase its attractiveness. 6. Information about cookies

(1) To optimize our web presence, we use cookies. These are small text files stored in your computer's main memory. These cookies are deleted after you close the browser. Other cookies remain on your computer (long-term cookies) and permit its recognition on your next visit. This allows us to improve your access to our site.

(2) You can prevent storage of cookies by choosing a "disable cookies" option in your browser settings. But this can limit the functionality of our Internet offers as a result.


7. Safety of your personal information

INEAST is striving for the security of our users’ personal information. We (and our external services) use a set of industry standard security technologies and procedures to secure your personal information from unauthorised access, use or disclosure. When you enter sensitive information on our order forms (for example credit card number), we will (or our third-party service providers) transfer such information encrypted using SSL Technology. When accessing your account information, we ask you to type in your password. Please do not give your profile password to unauthorised persons. Nevertheless, the method of transmission via the internet or the methods of electronic storage are never 100% secure. For this reason, INEAST takes every effort to protect your personal information, but cannot guarantee absolute security. 8.  Modification, deletion and access to your personal information

You always adapt your personal information by logging into your account and by editing your profile contact by contacting us on the website or directly by contacting support@delete-me.ineast.eu . You can request for removal of your personal information; Please note that we are under certain conditions obliged to keep this information and cannot erase it. Alternatively, we may keep this information for a specified period, whereas we fulfil your request for deletion as soon as the prescribed retention period has expired. If we delete data, it will be deleted from the active database but remain in our archives. 

We store your information as long as your account is active or as long as the storage of the information is necessary in order to provide you with services available for the purpose of fraud prevention, or similar purposes to comply with our legal obligations, dispute resolution and to enforce our agreements.


9. Recommendations

Should you choose to make use of our referral service in order to recommend our website to a friend, we will ask for the name and email address of your acquaintance. Your acquaintance will automatically receive a one-time email invitation to visit our site. INEAST stores this information for the sole purpose of delivering this one-time email and to evaluate the success of our referral program. Your friend may request the deletion of this information from our database.

In addition to general reviews we will also publish personal reports and references from exemplary clients on our website. Should you decide to post a reference on our site, this may be published with your name on it on our website. 12. Changes to this Privacy Statement

This privacy Statement is amended occasionally; if we make major changes to the way how your personal information is used we will inform you by sending you an email to the last specified email address or by posting this information clearly identifiable on our website. Any changes to this Privacy Statement enter into force in thirty (30) calendar days after an email message was send to you or thirty (30) calendar days after posting the changes on our site, whichever occurs earlier. These changes take effect immediately for new users of our services. Please keep in mind that you always need to update your personal information in such manner, that we have your valid email address. If the last email address you gave us is not valid or the email containing the changes cannot be send to you for whatever reason, the notification sent out by us is, nevertheless, representing an effective announcement of the changes contained in it. The continued use of our Website or the services we offer to the statement of changes implies your acceptance of these changes and that you will comply with the conditions of these changes.
